§3
PRIVACY POLICY

  1. The administrator of the personal data of Users - Store's Customers, provided in connection with the use of certain functionalities of the Store, is Combat Adam Kolodziejczyk, abbreviated name LANDFORCE (hereinafter referred to as the Store) with its registered office in Rome, located at via Di Tor Fiorenza 38, 00199 Rome NIP: IT09086451003, registered by the Rome Chamber of Commerce under the registration number 1170116.

  2. Personal data provided by the User - the Store's Customer during registration, editing the account on the https://landforce.it/it/ website and at the time of using the services provided electronically (e.g. filling in the form to create your profile within the Store, making purchases in the Online Store), will be processed by the Administrator, first of all, in order to perform the concluded contract for the provision of electronic services under the conditions described in the regulations (establishing, shaping the content, changing or terminating the legal relationship as part of the services provided on the Website and consideration possible complaints). The legal basis for such processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as the "General Data Protection Regulation"). In addition, the data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of marketing its own services (in cases where the law allows the processing of data for this purpose without the consent of the data subject), based on the legal basis specified in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) General Data Protection Regulation. If the User / Customer orders a newsletter, his data will also be processed for the purpose of providing the newsletter service; these data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of marketing its own services (in cases where the law allows the processing of data for this purpose without the consent of the data subject), based on the legal basis specified in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) General Data Protection Regulation. If the User / Customer orders a newsletter, his data will also be processed for the purpose of providing the newsletter service; these data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of marketing its own services (in cases where the law allows the processing of data for this purpose without the consent of the data subject), based on the legal basis specified in art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) General Data Protection Regulation. If the User / Customer orders a newsletter, his data will also be processed for the purpose of providing the newsletter service;

  3. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract for the provision of electronic services concluded as part of the Store and after its completion, in order for the Store to implement the rights and obligations resulting from applicable law, including in particular tax obligations;

  4. The User - the Store's customer has the right to access his personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to further processing (if the basis for processing is the justified interest of the administrator), the right to transfer personal data and the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data;

  5. Providing personal data when registering or using the services in the Store is voluntary, but necessary in order to register on the Website or use the services that require providing personal data in the Store. Especially the execution of the order placed;
